  • 3+ years experience with healthcare EHRs like Epic, Cerner, and Athena
  • Experience partnering with large partners on technical projects
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and healthcare IT standards
  • Comfort working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment

Day to day

  • Work closely with Cadence's health system partners and internal teams to launch a remote intervention platform
  • Collaborate with external vendors, engineering, data, sales, partnerships, and product management teams
  • Engage with technical leaders at major health systems to implement integrations and roll out the program
