Requirements
- 2+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience required
- Experience with email service providers or email marketing company
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to synthesize complex topics for multiple audiences
- Familiarity with technologies like HTML, JavaScript, API’s, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong technical affinity to quickly learn and use new technologies
Day to day
- Enable world-known brands to personalize email programs using AI and personalization products
- Act as a product expert and project manager to launch new clients on Studio and Da Vinci platforms
- Develop project plans, manage through completion, and collaborate with clients and internal teams
Hiring process
- Communicate and collaborate throughout implementation
- Hold regularly scheduled calls with clients and internal teams
- Perform platform training and evangelizing for best practices
- Lead and collaborate on technical solutions for clients
- Configure and thoroughly QA campaigns before launches
- Convert clients to paid programs
