Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years managing and implementing Payroll or Workforce Management implementation projects
- Experience managing project budgets resource utilization and project profitability
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage motivate and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic project environments
- Understanding of relational database concepts or Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or post-acute care is a plus

Day to day
- Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for workforce management and payroll solutions, driving each phase from requirements gathering through go-live
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to keep tasks moving, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment on scope timelines and deliverables
- Configure systems, support testing, document project progress, and guide clients through technical and business process details with a hands-on approach
