Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting new system rollouts ideally within social care
- Strong communication skills and confidence training large groups
- Good IT skills including MS Office Excel Visio
- Excellent organisation problem-solving and relationship-building skills

Day to day
- Support services through the design testing rollout and adoption of new HR Payroll and Workforce Management systems
- Act as the main point of contact for services during implementation and go-live while building trusted relationships with operational teams and stakeholders
- Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions provide one-to-one support capture feedback and help resolve local issues
