Day to day

  • Lead customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training for small to mid-sized firms
  • Own end-to-end implementation projects by building project plans tracking milestones and driving deliverables to completion
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings configuration sessions and training while guiding customers on best practices and change adoption
