  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field or 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and implementation client onboarding client services or project management in a PEO HR outsourcing payroll or HRIS environment
  • Required PrismHR experience as a technical service provider
  • Required strong customer-facing experience in an implementation or onboarding role and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Required project management and organizational skills to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Required superior attention to detail and data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Required process improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Required adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
