Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field or 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and implementation client onboarding client services or project management in a PEO HR outsourcing payroll or HRIS environment
- Required PrismHR experience as a technical service provider
- Required strong customer-facing experience in an implementation or onboarding role and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Required project management and organizational skills to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Required superior attention to detail and data analysis and critical thinking skills
- Required process improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Required adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Day to day
- Manage multiple client implementations across payroll and HRIS platforms with careful coordination and clear communication.
- Convert and validate payroll data accurately while configuring systems, testing outputs, and resolving troubleshooting issues for new clients.
- Support internal teams and external clients through training, process improvements, documentation, and timely case resolution.
