Who you are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a customer facing role
- Proven track record of managing and executing complex projects from start to finish
- Stellar communication and presentation skills
- Experience in equity management or cap table management is highly desirable

What the job involves
- Lead the onboarding of new clients ensuring a smooth transition to our platform
- Develop and execute detailed project plans tailored to each client
- Proactively manage the implementation process end-to-end to meet customers’ deadlines
- Work closely with clients to ensure accurate configuration of their cap table on our platform
- Conduct thorough product training sessions for clients
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot customer issues and enhance products
