Requirements
- Certification in project management or maintenance/reliability such as PMP CMRP or CAMA
- Proven experience with cloud-based CMMS/EAM platforms system configurations and integrations
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Experience with SAP PM/MM integration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in API-based integrations data management and user-friendly documentation
- Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation projects and client needs
Day to day
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover client goals and operational needs, then translate them into clear specifications and optimized workflows.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects with strong coordination, timely delivery, and consistent stakeholder communication.
- Configure and deploy CMMS/EAM solutions, manage integrations via APIs, and support testing, training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
