Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field or 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in payroll processing implementation client onboarding client services or project management within PEO HR outsourcing payroll or HRIS environments
- PrismHR experience as a technical service provider required
- Strong customer-facing experience in an implementation or onboarding role
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Superior attention to detail with data analysis and critical thinking skills
- Process improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Day to day
- Manage multiple client implementations and coordinate cross-functional work with HRIS Payroll Operations Implementation and Sales teams
- Convert client data configure payroll systems and troubleshoot issues with precision and strong attention to detail
- Train new clients support payroll processing and improve internal processes through documentation and knowledge sharing
