  • Experience in payroll processing implementation client onboarding client services or project management within PEO HR outsourcing payroll or HRIS environments
  • PrismHR experience as a technical service provider required
  • Strong customer-facing experience in an implementation or onboarding role
  • Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Superior attention to detail with data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Process improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
