  • PrismHR experience as a technical service provider required
  • Strong customer-facing experience in an implementation or onboarding role
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Superior attention to detail and strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Process improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Day to day
