Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field or 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing implementation client onboarding client services or project management
- PrismHR experience as a technical service provider required
- Strong customer-facing experience in an implementation or onboarding role
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
- Project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Superior attention to detail and strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
- Process improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Day to day
- Manages new client payroll and HRIS implementation projects with precision and strong attention to detail
- Converts, maps, audits, and configures payroll data while troubleshooting system issues and supporting live client training
- Collaborates across payroll, HRIS, operations, implementation, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service
