Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- 5+ years implementing system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Understanding of enterprise ITSM platforms and IDAM solutions
- Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Hands-on experience administering and deploying enterprise applications
- Proficiency in at least one backend scripting or programming language
- Exposure to Linux and Windows environments and command line use
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects in parallel

Day to day
- Lead technical implementation of the Moveworks platform for new customer deployments and own end-to-end technical delivery.
- Conduct discovery sessions, assess customer environments, and design integrations across enterprise systems and chat platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex deployment issues, document solutions, and partner with internal teams and senior customer stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
