Remote Implementation/Technical Account Manager Job in San Francisco, CA Pallet

Who you are

• Possess 3+ years experience as an Implementation Manager Project Manager or similar roles within a rapidly growing SaaS company.
• Proven ability to manage large scale clients and liaise with C-Suite leadership to drive implementation requirements.
• Excellent skills in communication presentation and relationship-building essential for driving an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% annually by plane is necessary.

What the job involves

• Work one-on-one with middle market customers to implement the Pallet platform across all core workflows including order entry dispatch billing and driver settlement.
• Lead virtual and onsite training sessions on Pallet's core workflows to enhance customer understanding and maximize platform value.
• Manage post-sales relationships to ensure customers achieve their business goals with Pallet.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve and troubleshoot issues providing feedback on product enhancements.
