Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Implementation Manager Project Manager Account Manager Solution Architect Sales Engineer Consultant or Customer Success in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale clients and liaise with C-Suite leadership effectively.
  • Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.

What the job involves

  • Work one-on-one with customers to implement the Pallet platform on core workflows like order entry dispatch billing and driver settlement.
  • Lead training sessions virtually and onsite to maximize customers' use of the Pallet TMS platform.
  • Manage post-sales relationships to help customers achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance product functionality and resolve issues.
