Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial design preferably in consumer goods
- Proven track record of designing successful consumer products focusing on ergonomic design
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks Fusion 360 or Rhino
- Strong sketching and visualization skills
- Experience with rapid prototyping techniques
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes particularly in plastic injection molding
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills effective in a cross-functional team

Day to day
- Responsible for creating and developing design concepts and specifications that optimize function ergonomics and appearance of products
- Identify and execute on design improvements throughout the design lifecycle
- Design and develop new grooming products
- Create sketches renderings and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
- Collaborate with engineering marketing and product development teams
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies
- Manage multiple projects ensuring timelines are met
- Represent the design team in cross-functional meetings advocating for design excellence
