Requirements
- Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and or SAM Pro
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Management processes
- Experience with hardware asset lifecycle
- Experience with software asset lifecycle
- Experience with software normalization
- Experience with retirement and disposal workflows
- Experience integrating ServiceNow ITAM with CMDB
- Ability to work in enterprise implementation environments
Nice to have
- CIS-HAM certification
- CIS-SAM certification
- Regulated environment experience
- Legacy ITAM migration experience
- Knowledge of CSDM
Day to day
- Implement ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro on a greenfield platform for a large financial services modernization initiative
- Configure hardware asset lifecycle processes including normalization retirement workflows and discovery reconciliation
- Configure software asset management capabilities including publisher management license tracking and end of life support reporting
- Integrate HAM Pro and SAM Pro with the ServiceNow CMDB and commercial software connectors while supporting testing UAT and production cutover
