Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT experience
  • Proven IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise Plus
  • Expert-level experience with iOS and macOS Apple devices
  • Microsoft Windows device knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with security tools such as Iru Cisco Umbrella Cortex Cloud VPN and Okta SSO
  • Experience with Atlassian products Confluence and Jira
  • Experience with technology rollouts
  • Understanding of HIPAA and policies governing PHI and PII preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and responsiveness

Day to day

  • Maintain corporate IT systems and provide responsive support in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
