Requirements
- Possess 3+ years of technical support or help desk experience
- Have a strong understanding of OS and network topologies
- Exhibit knowledge of security concepts
- Capable of assessing technical requirements and proposing solutions
- Thrive in a team selling environment
- Comfortable delivering presentations to various audience sizes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Hold Security+ Network+ or equivalent certification

- Experience with BeyondTrust products
- Security focused qualifications
Day to day
- Assist with marketing campaigns including webinars and demonstrations
- Validate the technical environment during lead qualification
- Participate in RFP and RFI responses
- Help with discovery and opportunity engagement by conducting background research
- Deliver information on the business value of BeyondTrust solutions
- Demonstrate how BeyondTrust solutions meet value propositions
- Develop written technical proposals for prospects
