Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- 6+ years of Product Management experience preferably in product-based technology companies
- Experience at MAANG companies leading global technology organizations or top product startups is highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise across the Product Management lifecycle
- Prior experience teaching coaching mentoring or facilitating workshops for professionals
- Strong understanding of Product Strategy Product Discovery Customer Research Prioritization Frameworks PRDs Product Metrics and Analytics Stakeholder Management and AI-powered Product Development fundamentals
- Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience conducting live virtual training using Zoom Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
- Ability to facilitate highly interactive activity-driven learning experiences

Day to day
- Deliver live online Product Management workshops to adult learner cohorts in a synchronous instructor-led format.
- Create and continuously improve presentations learning materials exercises case studies templates and reference documents for engaging workshops.
- Mentor learners with individualized feedback and guide them through practical product discovery prioritization roadmap planning and stakeholder communication scenarios.
