Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years experience in integrated marketing and demand generation
- Experience working in cross-functional and global organizations
- Proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently in virtual environments
- Understanding of basic marketing techniques and passion for learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, program/project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude
Day to day
- Build and implement demand marketing campaigns to generate pipeline for Zoom's Customer Experience portfolio.
- Supported by buyer and customer journey strategy across various marketing channels.
- Manage campaign aspects, coordinate cross-department tactics, and deliver on-time and on-budget.
- Source content for writing and managing emails, digital ads, sales outreach, etc. to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Develop campaign-in-a-box toolkits and global playbooks.
- Establish program KPIs, gather quantitative/qualitative data, provide analysis and insights to optimize performance.
