Who you are

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years experience in integrated marketing and demand generation
• Experience working in cross-functional and global organizations
• Proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently in virtual environments
• Understanding of basic marketing techniques and passion for learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking, program/project management, communication, and analytical skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude

What the job involves

• Build and implement demand marketing campaigns to generate pipeline for Zoom's Customer Experience portfolio.
• Supported by buyer and customer journey strategy across various marketing channels.
• Manage campaign aspects, coordinate cross-department tactics, and deliver on-time and on-budget.
• Source content for writing and managing emails, digital ads, sales outreach, etc. to drive awareness and lead generation.
• Develop campaign-in-a-box toolkits and global playbooks.
• Establish program KPIs, gather quantitative/qualitative data, provide analysis and insights to optimize performance.
