Who you are

• 4+ years' experience in data analysis with knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims and enrollment records
• Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, Excel, Data Analysis
• Knowledge of AWS, Teradata, or Databricks
• Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership skills with ability to build strong teams and a proactive management style
• Strong commitment to sales and client service
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline preferred

What the job involves

• Responsible for all customer relationships from an operations perspective and support of the account management team.
• Support several recurring and ad-hoc analytics projects to support the overall business.
• Perform daily and weekly analysis of data deliveries.
• Manage operational projects to support the data and analytics solutions business.
• Perform data querying and analysis to answer client inquiries.
• Coordinate communications between the client and Evernorth during production disruptions.
