Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in data analysis with knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims and enrollment records
- Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, Excel, Data Analysis
- Knowledge of AWS, Teradata, or Databricks
- Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership skills with ability to build strong teams and a proactive management style
- Strong commitment to sales and client service
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline preferred
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AWS
- Knowledge of Teradata
- Knowledge of Databricks

Day to day
- Responsible for all customer relationships from an operations perspective and support of the account management team.
- Support several recurring and ad-hoc analytics projects to support the overall business.
- Perform daily and weekly analysis of data deliveries.
- Manage operational projects to support the data and analytics solutions business.
- Perform data querying and analysis to answer client inquiries.
- Coordinate communications between the client and Evernorth during production disruptions.
