Requirements
- 4+ years' relevant experience in data analysis with knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims and enrollment records
- Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, Excel, Data Analysis
- Knowledge of AWS, Teradata, or Databricks a plus
- Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership skills with ability to build strong teams and a proactive management style with strong commitment to sales and client service
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline preferred

- Proactively monitor cable broadband and internet service provider statistics to identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement
