What the job involves
Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and HR Business Partners to assess current reporting processes and identify areas for improvement
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive, data-driven reports that provide actionable insights into management and talent acquisition activities
Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability
Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards that meet the needs of HR Business Partners and senior management
Provide training and support to HR team members on the use of new reporting tools and processes
Monitor the effectiveness of reporting enhancements and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics
Prepare and present regular updates on project progress to the VP of Human Resources and other stakeholders
