Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, marketing, communications, engineering, etc.) or recently graduated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience or exposure to the industry is a plus, but not required
- Ability to commit to the internship period (duration and schedule) as mutually agreed upon

Day to day
- Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and HR Business Partners to assess current reporting processes and identify areas for improvement
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive, data-driven reports that provide actionable insights into management and talent acquisition activities
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards that meet the needs of HR Business Partners and senior management
- Provide training and support to HR team members on the use of new reporting tools and processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of reporting enhancements and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics
- Prepare and present regular updates on project progress to the VP of Human Resources and other stakeholders
