Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, marketing, communications, engineering, etc.) or recently graduated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience or exposure to the industry is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to commit to the internship period (duration and schedule) as mutually agreed upon

Day to day

  • Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and HR Business Partners to assess current reporting processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive, data-driven reports that provide actionable insights into management and talent acquisition activities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards that meet the needs of HR Business Partners and senior management
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on the use of new reporting tools and processes
  • Monitor the effectiveness of reporting enhancements and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics
  • Prepare and present regular updates on project progress to the VP of Human Resources and other stakeholders
