Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Business Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management warehouse operations manufacturing or supply chain
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing inventory control warehouse operations or materials management
  • Strong understanding of inventory management warehouse operations inventory planning cycle counting manufacturing operations and ERP systems
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
  • Advanced analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives

Day to day

  • Lead enterprise inventory strategy across manufacturing facilities warehouses and satellite partner locations
  • Own cycle counts physical inventories discrepancy resolution inventory projections and enterprise reporting
  • Partner with Operations Planning Purchasing Engineering Manufacturing Finance and external partners to align inventory with production schedules customer commitments and working capital goals
