Who you are

• Engineering Degree or Business Degree, preferably with an MBA
• Experience in sales/business management of technical/digital Original Equipment and services in the rail industry/OEM supplier’s electronics or telecom sectors
• P&L responsibility experience welcomed
• Experience managing remote or dispersed teams in a matrix management environment
• Strong communication abilities, including management by influence
• Self-starter/entrepreneur mindset, result orientation
• Fluent English

• Responsible for global business targets (orders, revenue, cost, and margin) of the Product Line
• Define the global business vision for IoT and Smart Data across Original Equipment and Services
• Develop business cases and product/service plans for digital innovations' market introduction
• Gather customers’ needs and expectations for Remote Condition Monitoring and Condition Based Maintenance
• Continuously improve IoT and Smart Data Products/Services' competitiveness
