Requirements
- Engineering Degree or Business Degree, preferably with an MBA
- Experience in sales/business management of technical/digital Original Equipment and services in the rail industry/OEM supplier’s electronics or telecom sectors
- P&L responsibility experience welcomed
- Experience managing remote or dispersed teams in a matrix management environment
- Strong communication abilities, including management by influence
- Self-starter/entrepreneur mindset, result orientation
- Fluent English

Day to day
- Responsible for global business targets (orders, revenue, cost, and margin) of the Product Line
- Define the global business vision for IoT and Smart Data across Original Equipment and Services
- Develop business cases and product/service plans for digital innovations' market introduction
- Gather customers’ needs and expectations for Remote Condition Monitoring and Condition Based Maintenance
- Continuously improve IoT and Smart Data Products/Services' competitiveness
