Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Business or technical discipline
- 5+ years managing and directing an IT function
- 5+ years facilitating business initiatives and projects
- Experience in strategic IT planning and execution
- Professional certification such as CBRM PMP or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and systems
- Advanced knowledge of pharma commercialization process
- Advanced knowledge of LIMS and related lab software
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals
- Strong client service focus and follow-through
- Excellent organizational interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Day to day
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Lead strategic and operational planning for technology, AI, and automation initiatives that improve revenue, EBITDA, and efficiency.
- Assess vendors and platforms, drive continuous improvement, and guide the deployment and modernization of systems across business units.
