Day to day

  • Provide technical and operational support for the Inventory Automation platform and related applications.
  • Collaborate with IT operations vendors and business teams to resolve issues tied to data migration enhancements releases and site activations.
  • Maintain clear documentation monitor system performance and recommend practical improvements to strengthen reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Assist with user training onboarding and support activities beyond traditional helpdesk functions.
