Day to day
- Provide technical and operational support for the Inventory Automation platform and related applications.
- Collaborate with IT operations vendors and business teams to resolve issues tied to data migration enhancements releases and site activations.
- Maintain clear documentation monitor system performance and recommend practical improvements to strengthen reliability and user satisfaction.
- Assist with user training onboarding and support activities beyond traditional helpdesk functions.
