Requirements
- Business-level fluency in Japanese and English, both verbal and written
- Experience supporting UAT or related testing phases in system implementation projects
- Understanding of test planning, scenario development, and execution management
- Strong coordination and communication skills across business and technical teams
- Experience tracking issues, reporting status, and managing testing activities
- Experience developing or supporting user documentation and operational manuals
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Day to day
- Support a large-scale core banking system upgrade for a Mexico branch of a leading Japanese banking organization.
- Coordinate UAT and business validation planning, helping to organize test scenarios, execution activities, and issue resolution.
- Communicate clearly with distributed business and technical teams, prepare user documentation, and support operational readiness.
