What the job involves

• Create test and maintain programs across the businesses; writing code repairing code identifying areas for software modification and monitoring analytics efficiently.
• Work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure systems meet current requirements and future business needs.
• Support with software development projects across a range of businesses.
• Accountable for performing trials testing and quality checks to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
• Maintain and support systems and improve the performance of existing software.
• Support with designing databases ensuring they are accurate and that anomalies are rectified within an appropriate time period.
• Support the prioritization and documentation around change requests.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records regarding development processes.
• Systems admin support and problem-solving involving company's operational systems and harnessing technology to ensure business efficiency.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with stakeholders and technical colleagues.
• Ensure standards of service are at an exceptional level.
• Support compliance with all legal & regulatory requirements regarding business activity and reporting.
• Perform adhoc duties as requested by the Chief Financial Officer and Senior IT Developer.
