Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field
- Required experience leading technical teams and developing talent
- Required experience with integration architecture API management platforms API Gateway technologies middleware event-driven architecture cloud-native integration patterns data movement system connectivity and production support
- Required experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform Guidewire Cloud Integration Gateway or similar cloud-based core platform modernization initiatives preferred
- Required experience assessing implementing or supporting robotic process automation solutions preferred

Day to day
- Leads the Integrations Team and drives daily operations, prioritization, delivery oversight, and production support for enterprise integration services.
- Designs and governs scalable, secure, resilient integration architecture, API management practices, and delivery standards across enterprise systems and external providers.
- Advances modern integration engineering practices, supports Guidewire Cloud integrations, and identifies automation opportunities through RPA while coordinating with generative AI teams.
