Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience managing IT teams
- 5+ years of hands-on systems administration or enterprise systems experience
- Experience establishing improving and scaling collaboration technologies such as Microsoft 365 and telepresence solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- No visa sponsorship or green card support available

Day to day
- Lead the technology delivery and daily operations of Systems Administration software and services.
- Oversee system configuration upgrades patching and performance while ensuring uptime security and reliability.
- Manage a team of 10 Systems Administrators and coordinate closely with other IT groups vendors and business stakeholders to deliver efficient customer-focused solutions.
