Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of Product Management experience in an agile environment
- Mortgage industry experience with knowledge of origination underwriting servicing secondary marketing operations or related functions
- Ability to define product strategy and execute product roadmaps
- Experience partnering with Engineering UX or Product Design and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or similar

Day to day
- Own one or more products or product capabilities within the Future Mortgage Ecosystem
- Define product strategy and roadmap to solve meaningful business and customer problems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that improve operations and customer experiences
- Validate ideas using research analytics customer feedback and business data
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve outcomes based on measurable value
