Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in medical billing revenue cycle or healthcare operations
- 1-3 years of experience in portal or application administration
- Experience with identity and access management including SSO and MFA
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow SDP or TrackIt
- Strong understanding of payer portals and payer portal compliance requirements
- Experience supporting multi-entity billing environments
- Strong customer service documentation organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Day to day
- Provide day-to-day operational and technical support to the Revenue Cycle Management organization
- Administer secure access to payer web portals for Medicare Medicaid and commercial insurance functions including enrollment eligibility claims remittance authorizations and provider communications
- Monitor queues reports and vendor activity troubleshoot access issues manage MFA and password resets and communicate outages or changes to stakeholders
- Create and maintain SOPs job aids and process documentation while enforcing compliance role-based access and least privilege standards
