Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience with schedules resources and work breakdown structures
  • Strong understanding of PMO SDLC and governance best practices
  • Ability to apply project management methodologies and enforce project standards
  • Proficiency with MS Office Project Visio Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead complex project efforts to completion
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across business and technology teams
  • Sound business acumen and good judgment
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced mission-critical environment
  • Technical aptitude with a desire to learn continuously
  • Knowledge of infrastructure concepts and technology project management
  • Familiarity with ITSM methodologies such as ITIL
  • Experience in IT outsourcing or managing service providers
  • Agile project delivery experience is a plus
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus

Day to day

  • Lead infrastructure implementation projects from planning through delivery with strong coordination and accountability
  • Develop pragmatic delivery plans and maintain detailed work breakdowns, milestones, deliverables, and tasks to keep initiatives on track
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes
