Who you are

• Proficient in multiple project management methodologies including waterfall, agile, and hybrid
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Flexible working style to comply with state and DHHS methodologies
• Experience in managing project dependencies affecting multiple divisions and external entities
• Ability to generate project management documentation including budget development, expenditure tracking, and status reports
• Experience in procurement processes including developing documentation, assisting during bid evaluations, contract negotiations and award processes
• Proficient in using Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint

What the job involves

• Facilitate the implementation of various web-based and low-code applications developed by external vendors or internal teams
• Conduct stakeholder and market analysis, cost/benefit analyses, and project schedule estimates to develop and secure approvals for business cases
• Act as scrum master for internal agile projects, providing leadership and oversight for project teams and vendor activities and collaborate with development teams to monitor milestones and identify potential risks
