  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager (preferably in Fintech or Financial Services)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business finance technology or project management
  • Experience leading product teams with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies
  • Project management software: proficiency in tools like Jira Trello Confluence Monday (or any other project management tool)
  • Scope management: defining and controlling project scope
  • Risk management: identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Data analysis: analyzing project data for informed decisions
  • Problem-solving: skills in addressing project challenges
  • Time management: efficiently managing time and priorities
  • Adaptability: being flexible in changing circumstances
  • Critical thinking: analyzing information and making decisions
  • Customer focus: prioritizing client or end-user needs
  • Communication and language skills: excellent communication skills in written and spoken Russian and English

Nice to have

  • Scheduling: experience creating project schedules and managing timelines
  • Technical knowledge: understanding technical aspects of the project domain
  • Leadership: motivating and leading project teams

Day to day

  • Managing the priority task pool for development and tracking the progress of these tasks
  • Creating a positive team atmosphere, maintaining it, and addressing team members’ issues
