Who you are

• 5+ years of experience within recruiting
• Experience with Federal contracting
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and databases
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, MS Teams, job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (iSolved in particular)
• Knowledge of Boolean strings and other sourcing tools

What the job involves

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate platforms
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes through interviews
• Support resume repository updates and review employee resumes for completeness
