Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering systems administration or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with networking concepts firewalls and VPNs
- Experience with endpoint security solutions and deployment
- Scripting skills in PowerShell Python or Bash
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills

- MSP/MSSP experience
Day to day
- Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions across servers networks and cloud environments
- Deploy and configure security tools such as EDR SIEM and identity management platforms
- Provide technical support troubleshooting and remediation for client environments while creating documentation and automation to improve efficiency
