- Experience in technical quality assurance
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotational on-call

Day to day
- Maintain IT infrastructure and support requests for internal employees.
- Develop internal technical solutions that improve productivity and self-service support.
- Troubleshoot user issues, manage automations, and help enforce security and compliance controls.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software maintenance, and vendor coordination.
