Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
  • Proficiency in cloud-centric environments and cybersecurity capabilities
  • Experience with Linux and Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work collaboratively
  • Rapid responder for on-call rotations and after hour emergencies

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related
  • IT/Security certifications
  • Financial services industry experience

Day to day

  • Lead and own the IT organization
  • Lead IT related initiatives and projects
  • Be the Go-to-Person for IT helpdesk requests
  • Diagnose and provide IT support for staff as required
  • Work with the HR and Security team to manage onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Setup and deploy laptops devices software and other hardware
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of hardware assets
  • Manage MDM systems including BYOD
  • Maintain the Firm inventory of all IT assets
  • Manage and secure endpoint devices at the direction of the Security Team
  • Provide training to staff on IT related topics
  • Assist with change management and procurement activities
