  • 2+ years experience in IT support role
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Own problems end-to-end
  • Customer-service driven, excel at user support
  • Experience supporting MacOS, iOS, using tools like JAMF, Kandji, Mosyle
  • Administrative experience in SaaS productivity and collaboration applications like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion
  • Proficient in identity management with experience in Okta
  • Understanding of network protocols and services: TCP, UDP, TCP/IP, DNS



What the job involves

  • Be an IT ambassador and provide a best-in-class support experience
  • Respond to user requests for technical assistance
  • Be an evangelist for our tools, provide training and tips
  • Onboard new hires, configure equipment, activate accounts, orient with systems
  • Manage support queue, ensure timely response to issues
  • Inspect, analyze, and debug technical issues
  • Create and update workflow, process documentation, playbooks, help content
