- Administrative experience in SaaS productivity and collaboration applications like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion
- Proficient in identity management with experience in Okta
- Understanding of network protocols and services: TCP, UDP, TCP/IP, DNS
Day to day
- Be an IT ambassador and provide a best-in-class support experience
- Respond to user requests for technical assistance
- Be an evangelist for our tools, provide training and tips
- Onboard new hires, configure equipment, activate accounts, orient with systems
- Manage support queue, ensure timely response to issues
- Inspect, analyze, and debug technical issues
- Create and update workflow, process documentation, playbooks, help content
