Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native services
- Strong Java 17+ and Spring Boot experience
- Hands-on Kafka Streams expertise with stream processing concepts Schema Registry and Service Mesh
- Practical infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong Windows and Linux server administration in hybrid environments
- Experience building dashboards with Splunk Kibana and Grafana
- Proficiency in PowerShell Bash and Python for automation
- Experience with Ansible Chef or Octopus Deploy
- Familiarity with NetApp and Amazon S3
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex

Day to day
- Support and maintain a hybrid Windows and Linux platform with a strong focus on stability performance and operational efficiency
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver new features and platform components into production through automation and well designed deployment pipelines
- Design highly available fault tolerant systems and diagnose complex issues across infrastructure and application layers while improving security compliance and observability
