Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Fluent Mandarin and English bilingual ability
- 3+ years talent acquisition experience in pharma or biotech
- In-depth knowledge of the US and North American biotech talent market
- Experience with oncology drug development biologics or clinical recruitment preferred
- Proficient in LinkedIn and sourcing tools
- Able to source independently and conduct cold outreach
- Strong communication negotiation and pressure handling skills
- Proven track record in mid-to-senior biotech hiring
- Existing US biotech talent network is a plus

Day to day
- Own full-cycle recruitment for North America biotech and pharmaceutical roles across oncology R&D biologics ADC clinical development and other technical functions
- Conduct talent mapping sourcing cold outreach resume screening interview coordination salary negotiation offer rollout and onboarding follow-up
- Build and maintain a high-quality North American biotech talent pipeline while collaborating with internal teams and external headhunters to improve hiring efficiency and delivery quality
