Day to day
- Analyze the client’s current job scheduling setup in Automate (Skybot) and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize job scheduling processes to ensure timely execution of nightly jobs.
- Implement and configure job failure notifications to alert relevant stakeholders immediately.
- Set up tracking mechanisms to monitor job completions and generate reports for review.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the job scheduler.
- Collaborate with the client’s IT team to align scheduling practices with business goals.
- Document all configurations, processes, and procedures related to job scheduling and tracking.
