• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with client teams

What the job involves

• Analyze the client’s current job scheduling setup in Automate (Skybot) and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize job scheduling processes to ensure timely execution of nightly jobs.
• Implement and configure job failure notifications to alert relevant stakeholders immediately.
• Set up tracking mechanisms to monitor job completions and generate reports for review.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the job scheduler.
• Collaborate with the client’s IT team to align scheduling practices with business goals.
• Document all configurations, processes, and procedures related to job scheduling and tracking.
