Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or Journalism/Communications required.
- Proven editorial experience preferably in Financial Services.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills alongside strong editorial review capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and prioritization abilities.
- Knowledgeable about investment concepts and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard publishing software.
- Ability to obtain SIE Exam and Series 7 and 16 licenses within first 180 days.

Day to day
- Collaborate with Research staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of editorial requests and related content.
- Ascertain communication objectives and identify the best approach for conveying complex research in a user-friendly manner.
- Plan and execute communication and editorial projects while monitoring workflow statuses and activity timelines.
- Partner with key stakeholders to gather necessary information, prepare drafts, and finalize revisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the completion of editorial projects and ensure compliance with firm standards and regulations.
