Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core
- Required full stack development experience across backend and frontend applications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server PostgreSQL or similar backend data technologies
- Hands-on depth in at least one modern frontend framework such as React Angular Vue or equivalent
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs using best practices
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins Azure Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions
- Experience with Git-based source control workflows
- Basic familiarity applying AI tools and capabilities in software development workflows
- Strong communication collaboration and mentoring skills

Day to day
- Design and develop core features and enhancements for Casualty Solutions Group products.
- Build and support backend services and REST APIs using .NET and ASP.NET best practices.
