Day to day
- Assist with recruitment duties such as posting job descriptions online and screening candidates.
- Directly support senior recruiter in tracking and managing the recruiting process.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Setup and conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
