- Degree in Information Technology Engineering Computer Science or a related field
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues
- Knowledge of SQL language for database management
- Knowledge of the main relational and non-relational databases
- Theoretical knowledge of the main MES platforms such as OpCenter OperaMES or similar systems
- Interest in manufacturing or industrial automation environments

Day to day
- Provide technical support for MES applications and respond to customer queries.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve system errors to keep MES solutions running smoothly.
- Work with end-users and internal teams to diagnose problems and support upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
- Provide training and documentation while maintaining detailed support logs.
