What the job involves
- Conduct SBEM Assessments: Ensure Part L compliance for non-domestic buildings through comprehensive energy assessments
- Prepare Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs): Provide detailed insights and recommendations to enhance building energy efficiency
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and building owners to meet energy needs and compliance
- Manage projects: Oversee the timely completion of assessments and reports while maintaining clear communication
- Expand your role in other energy consultancy services as you develop your skills
