Requirements
- Experience in a fast-growing DTC or e-commerce business
- Understanding of inventory purchasing fulfilment and customer experience connections
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and the wider e-commerce ecosystem
- Ability to think in systems and automate repetitive work
- Comfort using AI to improve workflows documentation reporting and efficiency
- Enjoyment of problem solving ownership and continuous improvement
- Understanding of operational profitability margins and cash flow impacts
- Clear communication and ability to build relationships across teams
- Experience with subscription businesses inventory forecasting ERP WMS systems Gorgias or similar platforms and external warehouse or 3PL management is highly valued

Day to day
- Build the operational infrastructure that supports efficient scaling
- Own purchasing inventory planning fulfilment and logistics while keeping suppliers and warehouses aligned
- Improve systems automation reporting and workflows so operations run smoothly with minimal manual work
- Work closely with the founder Customer Experience Lead developers warehouse partners and external finance and growth teams
