Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Approximately 3 years of experience in QA automation
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for automation scripting
- Strong understanding of software testing principles methodologies and practices
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Cypress or similar
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to have
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or similar
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
Day to day
- Contribute to the quality and reliability of Pango's software products, ensuring a better user experience.
- Gain hands-on experience with popular automation tools and frameworks while working closely with an excellent team.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using JavaScript and Python.
- Identify, document, and track bugs to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Perform regression testing and validate new features to ensure existing functionality is not affected.
- Maintain and update existing test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve the software development process.
- Work closely with other QA engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure timely and effective testing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the testing process.
